A three-vehicle crash on Veterans Road at Highway MM, just west of Hannibal, left one driver with moderate injuries on Sept. 28, 2026, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol's online crash report.
The patrol, operating under its Troop B jurisdiction, said the collision occurred around 5:04 p.m. and involved a 2017 Chrysler 300 traveling northbound, a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee traveling eastbound and a 2026 Tesla Model Y traveling southbound.
A 72-year-old woman from St. Charles sustained moderate injuries in the crash and was transported for medical treatment, the patrol reported. No other injuries were noted among the drivers of the other two vehicles involved.
The crash is documented under incident number 260413902 in patrol records. No fatalities were reported in connection with the collision.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol continues to serve as the investigating agency for the case in Marion County.
