A three-vehicle crash in Cape Girardeau County left two women with serious injuries on the evening of September 13, according to a preliminary report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

The crash happened at approximately 5:25 p.m. at the intersection of Route C and County Road 532, the Patrol reported. Troopers with Troop E responded to the scene.

According to the Patrol's report, three vehicles were involved: a 2016 Dodge Charger traveling westbound, a 2006 Harley Davidson motorcycle traveling southbound, and a 2013 Honda Accord traveling northbound.

A 56-year-old woman from Jackson, Missouri, and a 94-year-old woman from Altenburg, Missouri, both sustained serious injuries in the crash, the Patrol said. No fatalities were reported.
