A crash involving three vehicles on Interstate 70 Westbound near Airflight in St. Louis County left two men injured, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol online crash report. The incident, identified as crash 260396214, was investigated by Troop C after it occurred late in the evening on September 16, 2026.

The Highway Patrol reported that the vehicles involved were a 2006 Honda Civic and a 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe, both traveling westbound, along with a red Chevrolet Cruze whose direction of travel was not specified in the report.

A 21-year-old man from St. Louis suffered moderate injuries in the crash and was transported for medical treatment, the Patrol said. A 56-year-old man, also from St. Louis, sustained minor injuries and was likewise taken for treatment. No fatalities were reported in connection with the crash.
