A three-vehicle crash on eastbound Interstate 70 west of Interstate 270 in St. Louis County left three drivers with minor injuries on October 4, 2026, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol's online crash report.

The collision, reported at 1:57 p.m., involved a 2003 GMC Yukon, a 2018 Chevrolet Malibu and a 2022 BMW X5, all traveling eastbound at the time, the Patrol said.

The Yukon's driver, a 24-year-old man from O'Fallon, sustained minor injuries and was transported for medical treatment, the Patrol reported. The Malibu's driver, a 64-year-old man from St. Charles, and the BMW's driver, a 73-year-old man from Weldon Spring, were also treated for minor injuries and taken to area hospitals, according to the report.

No fatalities were reported in connection with the crash. The incident, logged under case number 260422529, falls within the jurisdiction of Troop C, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
