A three-vehicle crash on southbound I-270 south of MO-370 left three people injured Friday evening, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

The crash occurred at approximately 8:08 p.m. on Aug. 28, 2026, and involved a 2011 Subaru Outback, a 2007 Chevrolet Cobalt and a 2006 Acura TL, all traveling southbound at the time, the Patrol's online crash report states.

A 32-year-old woman from St. Louis, identified as a driver, sustained minor injuries and was transported for medical treatment, according to the Patrol. A 33-year-old woman from Fulton, Missouri, an occupant in one of the vehicles, also suffered minor injuries and was taken for treatment. A 36-year-old man from St. Louis, another driver involved in the crash, sustained moderate injuries and was likewise transported for medical care.

No fatalities were reported in connection with the crash.

The incident falls under the jurisdiction of Troop C, and the Missouri State Highway Patrol is handling the investigation. The crash has been logged under incident number 260365563.
