A three-vehicle crash at the intersection of Highway 5 and Hazel Road in Laclede County left four people injured, according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol online crash report.
The Patrol's Troop I division reported that the collision, logged as incident 260333490, occurred at 2:50 p.m. on August 7, 2026, and involved a southbound 2012 Chevrolet Equinox, a northbound 2004 Toyota Camry and a northbound 2025 Nissan Pathfinder.
Light drizzle was falling in the area at the time, according to weather data.
Among those injured, a 28-year-old man from Lebanon sustained serious injuries and was transported for medical treatment, the Patrol said. A 24-year-old woman from Eldridge and a 53-year-old woman from Lebanon each suffered minor injuries and were also taken for medical care. A juvenile passenger involved in the crash sustained minor injuries and was transported as well, per the report.
No fatalities were reported in connection with the crash. The Missouri State Highway Patrol continues to document the incident through its official crash reporting system.
