A two-vehicle crash on US-63 about two miles north of Cairo left three people injured on July 24, 2026, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol's online crash report.

The patrol said the collision happened at approximately 3:30 p.m. and involved a 2014 Ford F150 and a 2007 Nissan Altima, both traveling northbound at the time.

A 68-year-old male driver and a 75-year-old male driver each sustained minor injuries and were transported for medical treatment, the report states. A 79-year-old female occupant suffered serious injuries and was also taken for treatment.
