Three people were injured in a two-vehicle crash on MO-21 at MO-E in Washington County, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol's online crash report. The collision occurred the evening of August 29, 2026, at approximately 8:15 p.m.

The patrol's preliminary report indicates a 1994 GMC 1500 was traveling northbound on MO-21 when it collided with a southbound 2008 Hyundai Elantra.

A juvenile driver sustained minor injuries and was transported for medical treatment, the report states. A 19-year-old female occupant from Mineral Point, Missouri, sustained moderate injuries and was also taken for medical care. A 42-year-old female driver, also from Mineral Point, sustained moderate injuries and was transported for treatment as well.
