Three people were injured in a two-vehicle crash on Missouri 171 at Airport Drive in Jasper County, according to a preliminary report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
The crash occurred at approximately 11:45 a.m. on July 20, 2026, when a southbound 2019 Ford Escape and a northbound 2019 GMC Terrain collided, the patrol's online crash report states.
A 31-year-old woman from Joplin sustained minor injuries and was taken for medical treatment, according to the report. Two occupants of the other vehicle — a 90-year-old woman and a 93-year-old man, both from Carl Junction — suffered moderate injuries and were also transported for treatment, the patrol said.
Missouri State Highway Patrol Troop D is investigating the crash, which was logged under incident number 260305185.
No fatalities were reported in connection with the collision.
