Three people were injured late Thursday when a 1999 BMW 323i left the roadway on County Road 7220 near Highway W in Phelps County, according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol online crash report.
The patrol said the crash occurred just before midnight, at 11:37 p.m. on September 24, 2026, as the BMW was traveling eastbound on County Road 7220. All three occupants of the vehicle were injured and transported for medical treatment, the report states.
One occupant sustained moderate injuries, while the other two suffered minor injuries, according to the patrol's report. No fatalities were reported in the crash.
Missouri State Highway Patrol Troop I is investigating the incident, which has been assigned report number 260408211.
