Three people were injured when a Honda Pilot left the roadway on Highway AZ north of Willow Springs, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

The crash occurred at about 5:06 p.m. on September 6, 2026, approximately eight miles north of Willow Springs in Texas County, the Patrol's online crash report states. The 2005 Honda Pilot was traveling eastbound at the time of the incident, according to the report.

All three occupants of the vehicle were transported for medical treatment, the Patrol said. The driver, a 20-year-old man from Springfield, sustained minor injuries. A 20-year-old male passenger from Willow Springs also suffered minor injuries. A 21-year-old female passenger from Mountain Grove sustained moderate injuries.

The crash falls under the jurisdiction of Troop G, and the Missouri State Highway Patrol is handling the investigation.
