Three people were injured Friday afternoon when a pickup truck left Highway 19 about three miles north of Thayer, according to a preliminary crash report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
The patrol said the crash occurred at 3:10 p.m. on June 26 and involved a 2000 Chevrolet Silverado that was traveling southbound at the time. Light drizzle was falling in the area at the time, according to weather data.
According to the Highway Patrol report, the truck's occupants included a 24-year-old man who suffered minor injuries, a 26-year-old woman driving the vehicle who also sustained minor injuries, and a 59-year-old man who was more seriously hurt, listed with moderate injuries. All three were transported for medical treatment following the crash, the report states.
