Three people were injured in a two-vehicle crash on southbound Missouri 141 just south of Interstate 64 in St. Louis County, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
The crash was reported at 4:42 p.m. on September 22, 2026, per the Patrol's online crash report. Investigators said a 2021 Genesis GV80 and a 2006 Chevrolet TrailBlazer were both traveling southbound when the collision occurred, though the report does not detail how the vehicles made contact.
