Suspected DUI driver injured after hitting 10 parked cars in Orange (Orange, CA)

On Saturday morning, a man suffered injuries following a suspected DUI crash in Orange.

As per the initial information, the traffic collision took place little before 12:30 a.m. near the intersection of Lincoln Avenue and Tustin Street. The early reports showed that the man was driving his Toyota Prius when he crashed into ten parked vehicles, including one vehicle that was occupied at that time. Due to the impact, the man was pinned inside his crumpled vehicle.

On arrival, emergency responders extricated the victim and loaded him into a stretcher before he was taken to the hospital by ambulance. According to the officers, the man will be arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence once he is discharged from the hospital. The incident did not lead to any other injuries. No other details are immediately available.

The crash remains under investigation.
