A Granbury High School student received serious injuries after being hit by a vehicle Tuesday afternoon in Granbury.
As per the initial information, the auto-pedestrian collision took place on Pearl Street. The early reports showed that a student was walking across Pearl Street after school when they got hit by a vehicle. The district said Granbury High assistant principals immediately responded to the scene with assistance from school medical staff, campus security, and others.
It is unknown if the involved driver remained at the scene or not after the collision. The identity of the student has not been released at this time. No other information is available.
The incident remains under review.
