A 71-year-old man from St. Louis suffered serious injuries in a single-vehicle motorcycle crash on eastbound Interstate 44 in Franklin County, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
The crash happened at 5:36 p.m. on Oct. 12, 2026, just before mile marker 250.2 on eastbound I-44, the patrol's online crash report states.
According to the Highway Patrol, the man was riding a 2017 Kawasaki KLR650 eastbound when the crash occurred. No other vehicles were involved, based on the information released.
The driver sustained serious injuries and was transported for medical treatment, the patrol reported. Troop C troopers responded to and investigated the crash, which carries case number 260434545.
