A Saint Louis man was injured in a single-vehicle crash on Highway 68 about four miles south of St. James, according to a preliminary online crash report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
The crash happened just before 11:20 p.m. on Aug. 8, 2026, the Patrol said. A 2026 Chevrolet TrailBlazer was traveling northbound on Highway 68 at the time of the incident, according to the report.
