An 18-year-old Springfield woman suffered moderate injuries in a single-vehicle crash Saturday night on Highway KK north of Springfield, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

The crash occurred at approximately 9:59 p.m. on July 18, about two miles north of the city in Greene County, the Patrol's online crash report shows. The driver was traveling southbound in a 2019 Ford Fusion when the crash happened, according to the report.

The driver was transported for medical treatment following the crash, the Patrol said. No other vehicles were reported involved.

Light drizzle was falling in the area at the time, according to weather data.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol is investigating the crash. This report may be updated as officials release additional information.
