A six-vehicle crash on northbound Interstate 270 south of Ladue Road left four people injured on October 3, 2026, according to a preliminary report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
The crash occurred at approximately 11:37 a.m. and involved vehicles traveling northbound in the same direction, the Patrol's report states. The vehicles involved included a 2016 Dodge Charger, a 2022 Chevrolet Malibu, a 2020 Ford F-150, a 2023 GMC Acadia, a 2017 Kia Sorento, and a 2012 Kia Soul.
According to the Patrol, four people were transported for medical treatment following the crash. A juvenile occupant sustained minor injuries. Three adults suffered moderate injuries: a 51-year-old male driver from St. Louis, a 54-year-old female occupant also from St. Louis, and a 68-year-old male driver from St. Charles.
