Six people were injured in a three-vehicle crash on northbound US 61 at River Dale Drive in Jefferson County, according to a preliminary report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol. The crash occurred at 12:27 p.m. on July 7, 2026.

According to the Patrol's online crash report, the vehicles involved were a 2015 GMC Acadia traveling southbound, a 2018 Honda CR-V traveling eastbound, and a 2017 Chevrolet Sonic traveling northbound.

Four juvenile occupants sustained minor injuries and were transported for medical treatment, the report states. A 35-year-old woman from Imperial and a 75-year-old woman from Arnold, both drivers involved in the crash, sustained serious injuries and were also transported for treatment, per the Patrol.

Light drizzle was falling in the area at the time of the crash, according to weather data.

Troop C of the Missouri State Highway Patrol responded to the scene.
