A 91-year-old woman from Rhineland suffered minor injuries in a two-vehicle crash on MO 19 southbound at Pearl Avenue in Montgomery County, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol's online crash report.

The crash occurred the morning of October 2, 2026, at approximately 8:40 a.m., the patrol reported. A 2000 Sterling truck was traveling southbound on MO 19 when it collided with a 2018 Kia Sportage that was headed westbound, authorities said.

Light drizzle was falling at the time, according to weather data.

The Rhineland woman, who was driving one of the vehicles, sustained minor injuries in the crash and was transported for medical treatment, the patrol said. No fatalities were reported, and one injury was confirmed in connection with the crash.

Troop F of the Missouri State Highway Patrol responded to the scene and is handling the investigation into the collision.
