A 19-year-old Pierce City woman suffered minor injuries in a single-vehicle crash on MO 97 north of town, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol's online crash report.

The crash happened around 7:30 a.m. on September 9, roughly five miles north of Pierce City in Lawrence County, the Patrol reported. A silver 2002 Toyota 4Runner was traveling southbound at the time of the crash, according to the report.

The vehicle's lone occupant, the 19-year-old woman, sustained minor injuries and was transported for medical treatment, the Patrol said. No other vehicles were involved in the crash.
