A pedestrian suffered serious injuries after being struck by a pickup truck on westbound Interstate 70 east of Bermuda Road in St. Louis, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

The crash occurred the evening of Oct. 4, 2026, at approximately 7:05 p.m., patrol records show. A 2020 Ford F-150 was traveling westbound on I-70 when it struck the pedestrian, a 57-year-old man from Berkeley, Missouri, the Highway Patrol said.
