One person killed following a single-vehicle crash in Cedar Park (Cedar Park, TX)

One person was killed after a vehicle slammed into a tree in Cedar Park.

As per the initial information, authorities actively responded to 14000 Anderson Mill Rd. at about 6:45 p.m. after receiving reports of a single-vehicle crash. The early reports indicated that the person involved was trapped inside their vehicle as a result of the collision.

Responding officers found the driver unconscious, and not breathing. The victim was declared dead at the scene. No one else was involved in the accident. The circumstances surrounding the crash remain unclear at this time. No other details are available.

The incident remains under active review.
