    One person killed, another hospitalized after a two-vehicle collision near Lake Travis (Travis County, TX)

    One person was killed and another received injuries after a traffic collision Friday afternoon near Lake Travis.

    As per the initial information, the authorities actively responded to the scene at 5600 N. FM 620 just before 3 p.m. after getting reports of a two-vehicle accident. One person was declared dead at the scene by the officials.

    The department later said that a second adult patient was rushed to St. David’s Round Rock Medical Center with “potentially serious injuries.” Traffic delays are expected in the area at this time. No other details are provided.

    An investigation into the crash is underway.

    Austin-Travis County EMS responded to a vehicle crash in North Austin. The wreck occurred shortly before midnight. A person was reported to have been injured in the crash.     Houston Police Department arrested a driver following a deadly hit-and-run crash in Northeast Houston. The three-vehicle crash occurred in the 10700 block of Homestead Road Sunday.
