One person received injuries after being struck by a vehicle Friday morning in central Phoenix.
As per the initial information, the auto-pedestrian crash took place at the intersection of 7th Street and Glendale Avenue. The early reports showed that the person who was hit sustained life-threatening injuries. The events that have led up to the accident remain unknown at this time.
It is also unclear if the driver involved stayed at the scene or not after the collision. The intersection is expected to remain blocked until later in the day. Motorists were advised to seek alternate routes to work. No other details are available.
