One person hurt after being hit by a school bus in Fremont (Fremont, CA)

One person was hurt after being hit by a school bus Thursday morning in Fremont.

As per the initial information, the auto-pedestrian accident took place in the area of Mission and Walnut at about 7:40 a.m. The early reports showed that a school bus carrying students struck the pedestrian. The person hit reported minor complaints of pain.

It is unclear if the patient was taken to the hospital or not after the incident. The identity of the injured pedestrian has not been released at this time. No other details have been provided by the authorities.

An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
