One person hurt after a cattle truck rolled over at San Antonio interchange (San Antonio, TX)

One person was hurt after a cattle truck flipped over Monday at a downtown-area interchange.

As per the initial information, the single-vehicle accident took place just before 10 p.m. on Monday at the southbound Interstate 37 and westbound Interstate 10 interchange. The driver, a 54-year-old man, informed officers that the cattle shifted to the right side as he took the exit which caused him to lose control of the vehicle.

He had minor injuries and was checked out by paramedics. It is unknown if any cattle were killed or injured due to the crash. Another 18-wheeler later arrived to transfer the cattle. No other details are available.

The accident remains under investigation.
