A single-vehicle crash on westbound Interstate 64 at its interchange with Interstate 70 left one juvenile passenger dead and two others injured Sunday evening, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
The crash occurred at approximately 7:01 p.m. on September 13, 2026, when a 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan traveling westbound was involved in the incident, the Highway Patrol's online crash report states.
A juvenile occupant of the minivan died from injuries sustained in the crash, according to the Patrol. A second juvenile occupant suffered serious injuries and was transported for medical treatment. The driver, a 29-year-old woman from Wentzville, Missouri, also sustained serious injuries and was taken for treatment, the report indicates.
Missouri State Highway Patrol Troop C is investigating the crash. The incident has been assigned report reference number 260391716.
