A two-vehicle crash on southbound I-270 north of MO-364 in St. Louis County left one driver with moderate injuries, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol's online crash report. The crash occurred on Aug. 13, 2026, at 2:50 p.m., the Patrol said.
The collision involved a 2019 Honda Accord and a 2018 Volkswagen Tiguan, both traveling southbound at the time, per the crash report. A 29-year-old male driver sustained moderate injuries and was transported for medical treatment, authorities said.
