A two-vehicle crash on MO-100 near the I-44 overpass in Gray Summit left one person with minor injuries late Thursday night, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

The crash occurred at approximately 10:45 p.m. on September 18, 2026, on the westbound side of MO-100 at the Gray Summit overpass, the Patrol's online crash report states.

According to the report, a 2021 Volkswagen Golf was traveling eastbound while a 2025 Nissan Versa was traveling westbound when the two vehicles collided. A 36-year-old male occupant from Pacific, Missouri, sustained minor injuries in the crash and was transported for medical treatment, the Patrol said.

The incident, logged under crash report number 260399661, is being investigated by Missouri State Highway Patrol Troop C. No fatalities were reported, and the crash involved two vehicles in total.
