A two-vehicle crash on Interstate 70 westbound in Callaway County left one driver with moderate injuries, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
The crash happened the morning of Oct. 14, 2026, at approximately 8:55 a.m. near mile marker 158.2, the Missouri State Highway Patrol's online crash report states. A 2014 Chevrolet Silverado and a 2016 Ford Focus, both traveling westbound, were involved, according to the patrol.
A 42-year-old male driver from Piedmont, Missouri, sustained moderate injuries in the crash and was transported for medical treatment, the patrol reported. Details on which vehicle he was operating and the condition of the second driver have not been released.
Light drizzle was falling in the area at the time of the crash, according to weather data.
