A crash on Interstate 44 near Sarcoxie left one adult driver with minor injuries, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol's online crash report.

The collision happened on October 8, 2026, at approximately 5:50 p.m. near mile marker 25.0, about a mile northwest of Sarcoxie in Jasper County, the report states.

Two vehicles were involved: a 2026 Chrysler Pacifica and a 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander, both traveling westbound on I-44 at the time of the crash, per the Patrol's report.

One adult driver sustained minor injuries and was transported for medical treatment, the Highway Patrol said. No fatalities were reported in connection with the crash.
