A crash on Farm Road 182 east of Springfield left one driver with minor injuries the afternoon of September 4, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

The collision occurred at 4:18 p.m. about 0.3 miles east of Springfield in Greene County, per the Patrol's preliminary online crash report, incident number 260377041. The report says a 2013 Ford Escape was traveling southbound when it collided with a 2017 Volkswagen Jetta heading westbound.

The Jetta's driver, a 30-year-old woman from Nixa, sustained minor injuries in the crash, the Patrol reported. She was transported to a medical facility for treatment.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol's Troop D, which covers the Springfield area, is handling the investigation. No fatalities were reported in connection with the crash.
