A crash involving two off-road vehicles left one man with moderate injuries on Route E in Washington County, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

The collision occurred the evening of Oct. 3, 2026, at 15056 Route E, within the Patrol's Troop C jurisdiction, the Missouri State Highway Patrol's online crash report states.

According to the preliminary report, a 2020 Polaris RZR 1000 was traveling eastbound when it collided with a 2010 Polaris Sportsman heading westbound. The driver of one of the vehicles, a 49-year-old man from Cadet, Missouri, sustained moderate injuries in the crash, the Patrol said. He was transported for medical treatment following the collision.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol is the agency of record investigating the crash. No fatalities were reported, and one injury has been confirmed in connection with the two-vehicle incident.
