A two-vehicle crash on Splitlog Road left one person with minor injuries, according to a preliminary report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol. The collision occurred about three miles southwest of Goodman in McDonald County at approximately 7:45 p.m. on Oct. 1, 2026, the patrol said.

Investigators with Missouri State Highway Patrol Troop D said a 2007 GMC Sierra traveling south collided with a 2003 Chevrolet Silverado traveling north on Splitlog Road. The crash is documented under incident number 260418507.

A 44-year-old man from Anderson, Missouri, sustained minor injuries in the collision and was transported for medical treatment, the patrol reported. No fatalities were reported, and one injury was confirmed among the occupants of the two vehicles.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol continues to investigate the circumstances of the crash. No further details on contributing factors have been released.
