A two-vehicle crash on westbound Interstate 255 left one person with minor injuries the morning of Oct. 6, according to a preliminary report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

The collision happened at approximately 7:45 a.m. on westbound I-255 east of Lemay Ferry Road, the Patrol said. Troop C responded to the scene.

According to the Patrol's online crash report, the vehicles involved were a 2014 Volkswagen Passat and a 2025 Cadillac XT6, both traveling westbound at the time of the crash.

A 50-year-old man from Chesterfield, Missouri, sustained minor injuries in the crash and was transported for medical treatment, the Patrol reported. No other injuries or fatalities were noted in connection with the incident.
