A 21-year-old man from Blanchard, Oklahoma, suffered moderate injuries in a single-vehicle crash on Route KK southwest of Fair Grove, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

The crash happened on Nov. 5, 2026, at approximately 12:30 p.m. about three miles southwest of Fair Grove in Greene County, the Highway Patrol's online crash report states. A 2009 Peterbilt truck traveling north was involved in the incident, patrol records show.

The injured man was transported for medical treatment following the crash, according to the Highway Patrol. No other vehicles were reported involved, and no fatalities resulted from the crash.

Missouri State Highway Patrol Troop D is investigating the incident, which was logged under case number 260468293.
