Officials identified 71-year-old Hin Leong Chan who died after a wrong-way crash on I-15 (Las Vegas, NV)

Authorities identified the fourth victim as 71-year-old Hin Leong Chan, from Rosemead, who died following a wrong-way crash on Jan. 10 south of Las Vegas.

The fatal two-vehicle collision took place on Interstate 15 near Sloan Avenue. According to the investigation reports, a red Cadillac ATS was traveling the wrong way on the southbound side and collided head-on with the Toyota, which got engulfed in flames. Chan was one of three people in a Toyota Tacoma that was traveling south on Interstate 15.

The driver of the Cadillac, identified as 37-year-old Erica Morell, and the three occupants of the Toyota, Chan, 39-year-old Shahriar Khodadadi, of Santa Monica, and 59-year-old Enrique Ruiz, of Fontana were declared deceased at the scene by the officials. The exact cause and manner of death are still pending. No other details are available.

An investigation continues.
