Authorities identified 24-year-old Christian Flores, of Palmdale, as the man who lost his life following a crash Wednesday morning in Acton.
The fatal traffic collision took place on Sierra Highway near Santiago Road in Acton. Authorities actively responded to the scene at about 4:50 a.m. Wednesday on reports of a crash with persons possibly trapped.
According to the officials, everyone was out of the vehicle, and one person was rushed to the hospital. Flores, the second person involved in the accident, was declared dead on arrival. The events that have led up to the collision remain unknown at this time. No other details are available.
An investigation is ongoing.
