FRANKFORT, Ky. (WKYT) – Two bills that could impact every Kentucky driver cleared a Senate panel Wednesday, addressing driver’s license renewal locations and cell phone use while driving. The legislation includes Senate Bill 7 and Senate Bill 28, both of which passed unanimously in committee and will advance to the Senate floor.
