Authorities reported a high-speed chase that resulted in a motor vehicle crash that injured multiple people.
According to the Louisiana State Police, the troopers attempted to pull over a driver who was spotted speeding along I-12 near Walker.
The driver refused to stop and fled the scene leading to a pursuit. The driver crashed into another vehicle in French Settlement on LA 16.
According to LSP, multiple people were injured in the crash, and an Air Med helicopter assisted them to the hospital.
However, it is unclear how many victims were injured in the crash.
The crash is being investigated.
