A 3-car collision hospitalized one person, suffering from critical injuries on Tuesday in south Austin.
Austin-Travis County EMS actively responded to the scene just before 7 a.m. at the intersection of West Slaughter Lane and Brodie Lane.
Medics said they had to cut the car in order to take out the pinned patient. Medical team rushed the person to St. David’s South Austin Medical Center as a trauma alert.
The picture showed that authorities removed the entire roof of one of the cars involved to bring the patient out.
Two other persons involved in this crash coped minimal injuries. They refused to go the hospital.
