On Tuesday, a motorcyclist was injured after colliding with a vehicle in Santa Clarita.
At about 3:15 p.m. Tuesday, first responders received information of a road accident on Alta Vista Avenue and Copper Hill Drive in Saugus, stated Henry Narvaez, a spokesperson for the Los Angeles County Fire Department.
“It was a motorcycle vs. vehicle crash,” he confirmed. One person was taken to the hospital with unknown injuries, according to Fire officials. The intersection of Alta Vista and Copper Hill Drive was temporarily shut down as crews cleared the scene. The events that have led up to the accident remain unknown at this time.
An investigation into the crash is underway.
