On Wednesday afternoon, a two-vehicle accident led to minor injuries on US-395 at State Route 208 near Gardnerville.
According to the responders, one car was traveling northbound, while the other was heading south and attempted to turn left in front of the northbound car. The both vehicles crashed into each other. As per the reports, the victims suffered minor injuries but Care Flight responded out of precaution.
It is unknown how many victims were involved in the accident. The identities of injured victims have not been revealed at this time. US-395 was shut down as responders cleared the crash scene. Officials asked the motorists to expect delays and avoid the area.
An investigation is underway.
