Michele Fiore injured after a two-vehicle collision in Las Vegas; both drivers were at fault (Las Vegas, NV)

Authorities reported that Michele Fiore, a Councilwoman, suffered injuries following a traffic collision on Monday in Las Vegas.

The two-vehicle crash took place on Centennial Parkway. According to the investigation reports, Michele Fiore’s vehicle crashed into a 2014 Chevy Impala as it was turning into an apartment complex on Centennial Parkway. The driver of the Impala claimed that he saw Michele Fiore in her 2020 BMW in the far right turn lane before being hit from behind.  Officers mentioned that both drivers were at fault.

Authorities found out that the driver of the Impala was at fault for failing to yield the right of way involving a left turn at an intersection, whereas Fiore was at fault for failing to maintain a single travel lane. The driver of the Impala refused medical aid at the scene before returning later. On the other hand, Fiore was transported to University Medical Center with a concussion, broken bones, and contusions. No other details are made available.
