A 44-year-old man died Saturday afternoon after the pickup truck he was driving left the roadway on Route D north of Hilltop Lane in Lohman, according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report.
The crash occurred around 2 p.m., the Patrol said. The driver was operating a 2005 Ford F150 traveling northbound on Route D when the vehicle departed the left side of the roadway, according to the report. The driver was pronounced dead as a result of the crash, the Patrol said.
No other vehicles or injuries were reported in connection with the crash, which involved a single vehicle.
A light drizzle was falling in the area at the time, according to weather data.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol is investigating the crash. This report may be updated as officials release additional information.
