On Thursday afternoon, a man lost his life following a traffic collision in South Nashville.
As per the initial information, the fatal car crash took place on Cuthbertson Road near Nolensville Pike. The preliminary investigation indicated that the man was driving a 2004 Chevrolet Tahoe when the car swerved off the roadway, hit a tree, and got engulfed in flames.
A bystander witnessed the crashed vehicle and called 911 for help. The man reportedly succumbed to his injuries at the scene. The identity of the deceased will be revealed once the next of kin is notified. No other details are available.
