Man killed, 4 people injured after a rollover crash in Redlands (Redlands, CA)

On Monday night, a man lost his life while four people suffered injuries following a rollover crash in Redlands.

As per the initial information, the fatal car crash took place at about 7:50 p.m. on 10 Freeway and Ford Street. The early reports showed that a 2002 Toyota blew its left rear tire and swerved across the freeway where it hit a curb and flipped down an embankment.

The Toyota finally ended up on the Ford Street on-ramp. Due to the impact, a 30-year-old male passenger of the vehicle was ejected into the roadway. A bystander saw the incident and attempted CPR on the man who was ejected from the vehicle.

On arrival, emergency crews transported the man to Loma Linda University Medical Center where he later died of his injuries. Four other occupants of the vehicle also received injuries as a result of the crash, officials reported. No other details are immediately available.

The crash remains under investigation.
