Man in critical condition after a motorcycle crash near Holland (Holland Township, MI)

On Monday, a man suffered critical injuries following a single-vehicle accident in Holland Township.

As per the initial information, officers actively responded to the area of 136th Avenue near Depot Lane just after 5 p.m. in response to a motorcycle crash. The early reports showed that a 56-year-old Holland Township man failed to maintain control of his motorcycle, causing it to lay down and slide across the road.

On arrival, medical personnel rushed the rider to Holland Community Hospital in critical condition. He was reportedly not wearing a helmet at the time of the accident. No other details are immediately available.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
